Shelly is the greatest! She is not only professional, respectful and wonderful at what she does, but she treats you like a friend too - not a number...not common much today! And you can tell she really likes what she does. I also appreciate that Dr. Mai comes in afterwards and checks everything out (which of course it's fine), and also treats you like she's known you forever...just like all the staff here.
