I had to contact Elite Cosmetic and family dentistry for an emergency. I was seen the same day. This was my first visit as a new patient the staff were absolutely fabulous from the front office staff to the dentist. I really appreciate the care and concern I received. I have a phobia about dentist but I was treated with such care....I forgot about being afraid. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Elite Team!

What can you say about a dentist who makes you glad you went to the dentist? Polly as always did an amazing job and you can tell she really cares about the patient's dental health. Dr. Mai makes you confident you're in good hands from the moment she says hello.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! Staff is friendly, remember my name, and I am treated with respect. Dr. Mai took time out to talk to me about what procedures she wanted to do with my husband. She showed me dental impressions, what she had planned, and what hardware would be needed for him. Now, how many dentists would do that?

Right on time. Had my history ready when I walked in. Took me right away. Personal touch. Dr. Mai doesn't push unnecessary procedures. Very satisfied!
