I order online at 6:16 its almost been 2 hours and still no food.. they need to speed up the delivery.
Very poor customer service, took 2 and 1/2 hours to get food for them to mess up order. And take another hour to get right. Asked for manager and told they don't have one tonight! So I said fine who is it tomorrow, girl says I don't know I'm off tomorrow! WOW!!
3 weeks ago my gf and I ordered delivery and they forgot our pork and seeds, so I call and they sent some out. After another hour and a half they show up. I call and they give me a free pork and seeds on next order. 2 weeks ago I order another delivery and claim my pork and seeds, delivery shows up and leaves after an hour and then I notice no eating utensils at all. How the Hell do you eat rice with no utensils. So I call and complain. They credit me $12 or so. So I call again today and are you fucking serious they Fuck up ... read more
We have been going to the Wok and Grill for years...their help is horrible now no personality and very slow....buffett was cold and mushy...use to be a favorite place now the worst.
This is the last time. I used to order at least 6 times a month from you. No more. It has gone way way down hill. So sad as this was my favorite place to eat, but the sweet and sour chicken is burnt and crunchy and hard. For the last 3 months. Good bye
Love this place!! Really great food and friendly wait staff.
