Absolutely disappointed with the delivery service. I use to love this place and on two occasions took nearly an our and a half and the food was cold. On the second occasion we waited an hour and a half and were told the driver was 5 minutes away, waited 20 and called back and spoke to the manager and they had not even started preparing my meal.
Over the years we've been to this Restaurant at least a 100 times, and it's been our absolute favorite for all those years. In the last year or so it has gone downhill to the point that our last visit, just a few days ago, was just that; our LAST visit. The floors were covered with food. there were chunks of shrimp under the table they took us to. I didn't see even one smile on the face of even one employee. Excellent! I highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken, with fried rice, dinner!
It was Gavin's idea to go. They had buffet ad I had one of the lunch specials. I had the leftovers today for lunch. Good as always
When we order we always order family meals. usually for 2 people it fits us (2 adults and 3 kids). Recently we had 2 extra people over so we ordered 3 person meal but was disappointed that we got the same amount of everything as we would have with the 2 person meal. Very disappointing to pay more money and get the same amount!!��
This used to be our favorite place, but yedterday it took forever to get our drinks and menus. We had to ask 3 different people. The food wasn't near what it used to be, especially the buffet. The one shining light was gal that was the supervisor. If it wouldn't had been for her the rating would be been a 0.
