Worst experience ever!!! We order $120 worth of food for our sons birthday. The order showed up and we were missing two meat entrees. My husband called and let them know. He then received a call back from wok n grill staying the kitchen said they made it and bagged it themselves and they would not remake it! If I were the manager I would explain to their employees that the kitchen does not call the shots. Most disrespectful service I have ever experienced. Terrible food that is overpriced. Buffet is always low on food & what food is there is dried out. Very disappointed.

Everytime I go in the shrimp are raw and they have no crab ready.. Done wasting my money on below par food and getting sick everytime I have gone there
I waited over an hour to get my food delivered, when it arrived it was cold, & some of the food was completely over cooked. When I called to check on the status I was told oh it should be out for delivery. & when I called back about the order I was hung up on.
tonight i ordered food and it was soggy and onion rings were soggy as well i wasnt happy. usually its good but it wasnt tonight.
Awesome! Best Chinese food around. Great service as well.
