I don't know what happened to this place. Once again I'm sitting here waiting on my delivery. This is the 4th time it has taken OVER AN HOUR! Apparently it's time to find another chinese place in twin because this is ridiculous. Not to mention they never do anything to correct this issue. I'm done with wok n grill. Never again.
It's was busy, plates were stacked got our refill close to us leaving. Becky the swing supervisor was great, she showed us how to use chopsticks.
Went up to the front door to go in to eat, did not get past the bad Oder. Walk around the building trying to find out where it was coming from. It was the trash. They just throw the grease all over and let is sit. Oil and trash caked on the ground. The smell was so bad we just left. It must be how they think Twin Falls should be treated. Very dirty and gross.
My husdand Joe Cuellar and I have ordered for 20 years at least from Wok & Grill. Ordered tonight and was told we are flagged for no delivery. We are polite and respectful and pay. Go figure.
Service was horrible there was only one other table seated yet we never saw our waitress. We ordered the buffet and the chicken lo mien was horrid the onions carrots and chicken was black. After getting the attention of one of the employees he informed us that although he works there he refuses to eat their food because he knows about the kitchen and don't trust the food. I am a chef, and I have been working here for eight years. We take complaints from guests very seriously. We saw your review, and we understand that you are very angry about the color of the food. Yesterday, I cooked the chicken lo mein with a black sauce. The carrots and onions are very thin, so the color was dark. We want to thank everyone who leaves comments, and because of you, we can continue to improve. And we want to be able to be the best we can be.
This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant. No longer. The food is old and crusty and service is not so great either. I have had several bad experiences since about November of 2015. Guess I'll have to make my own Chinese food.
