I purchased several beautiful Windmill Palms from Jim Harper. I’ve worked with him for 30+ years and he has never steered me wrong. We are installing them along with truck loads of trees and shrubs at one of our Lake Martin projects. Fortunately for me, someone did not realize what they had, changed their mind, and I got two more of these gorgeous palms. They are definitely going to make a statement, being 4’ tall.
