The workmanship was excellent. It did take over 1 month. The end result is fantastic and looks better than new.
Three c's- clean, courteous and customer friendly. Professional office- not walking into an alley to drop off your vehicle. Office is clean, has a customer sitting/waiting area, but never had to use it as there was always someone ready to assist me right.
My husband and I have been Toyota owners for the 25 years we have been together. As luck would have it, we've had some accidents (none of them our fault, thank God). With just one exception when I was living on the North Shore, we have been using Woburn Foreign Auto fro every single one and they alwasy leave the car lookiong better than how we had it thank you.
I've been going to Woburn Foreign Auto Body for about a year and a half. They're affiliated with my Jaguar dealer, and I have Progressive for insurance, and I wanted to make sure when I got the Jag painted, I was getting factory paint and factory work done on the car they did a great job I only wish everyone was like them.
WFAB used Genuine parts and made my vehicle look and run like it was brand new. I especially liked being able to see the progress each day on line.
My Experience with them was great my car was ready on time and i was also emailed a status of my vehicle daily with pictures and were it was at in the assembly line.
This was my first experience with a car accident repair. I can say I was very pleased I did not know what to expect they were very helpful answered all of my questions and responded immediately when emailed. Jim Cooper was my contact and he was great to work with.
I thought the customer service was great. I was greeted upon arrival and didn't have to wait long. I also found them to be organized and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. I loved the emails with the progress photos.
As always, WFAB did an incredible job. The professionalism and quality of their work is second to none!
