Expert, caring technicians.. – My husband and I have been Toyota owners for the 25 years we have been together. As luck would have it, we've had some accidents (none of them our fault, thank God). A breath of fresh air... – I was completely impressed with being able to track my vehicle's work on-line. That was a great surprise and nothing I had ever seen before. The staff was a pleasure and honestly, a breath of fresh air to deal with. They were super professional and upbeat. I would a thousand times over recommend WFAB to friends and family, and possibly even strangers, hehe. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a great experience from a busy mom of 3!!
Great work! – Star was wonderful to work with; she handled everything like I would have expected. Be allowed a "loaner" was a BIG PLUS! The work was great; looked just like brand new. And taking care of the rest of car was an unexpected plus. Great work, Woburn Foreign Auto Body.
They stand behind an outstanding lifetime warranty – Five years ago, WFAB restored my Camry after a collision with a deer. I noticed a few weeks ago that one of the door panels (a genuine Toyota OEM part) was starting to corrode. I brought the car into WFAB and they took full responsibility. They did a beautiful job installing and finishing a new panel and gave me a loaner at no charge while they did the work. They even cleaned the car nicely after the work was done. Terrible!!! – They overcharged me by $400 and would not give me a detailed invoice of the charges. Avoid this place! They are expensive and slow
Nothing but perfect – I recently had my Jaguar XK convertible repaired at Woburn Foreign Auto Body and the experience was incredible. Not only did my vehicle look and drive perfect but the staff was a pleasure to deal with, the repairs were over $10,000 but you would never know that it was even in an accident. I highly recommend this shop for whatever kind of vehicle you own. 5 stars
Liars and frauds – Terrible business. I paid a large bill in full and signed a contract. Then, 8 months later they tried to bill me for more money because their employee made a billing error! The businessmen are not trustworthy. I will never take my car there again and DO NOT recommend Woburn Auto Foreign Body!!
Terrible timing and no update!!! – My case is similar to "customer2005". If you only have one car + without insurance cover your rental, don't ever to send your car to them. They gave me a 2-3 weeks timeline. After the 3rd week they said they were waiting this and that... It took almost 2 months to get everything done. Unbelievable... And, unless you call them, otherwise you won't get any update from them.. I won't send my car to this guy anymore, will you???
i would never go to a dealer again.. once i realized the best body men own there own shop. was not happy
