I had used them once before and decided to go back based on that repair. We had some front end damage was repaired to brand new likeness. I was able to watch the repairs on a daily basis. I would recommend to anyone.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, very forthcoming with information. I saved me money by telling me that a part was still under warranty.
Star provided excellent customer service. I handled most of the communication via email/web which was excellent. I felt like I was dealing with Class-A individuals all the way through the process.
I was very pleased by the repairs done to my car. I liked receiving the pictures of the car and the updates via email as well as the follow-up via the phone. They are great I would definitely recommend.
Overall I had a good experience. They are real good about returning calls so your not out of the loop they always kept me inform.
The work done to my car was excellent, and there is no sign of any previous damage. The people at WFAB were also very helpful and accommodating. My battery died while at the shop, and they were able to source and replace the battery for me, saving me a trip back
