Everyone was absolutely a pleasure to work with and makes coming in after an accident a happy and pleasurable experience.
This is a first class auto body repair shop. From the second I walked in the door through the delivery of my car, I was simply amazed by the customer service and care that I (and my car) received. I would bring my car back here for any additional work
Thee Woburn team delighted me and exceeded my expectations from the time I dropped off my truck until I returned to pick it up. They kept me fully informed and fixed a couple of things beyond the initial scope of work at no cost to me.
My car was hit in a parking lot and there was a dent on the fender near the lip and some scuffing of the bumper near the fender. Woburn Foreign Autobody repaired the dent and the bumper perfectly. The car has pearlescent paint and the paint work came out beautiful.
I always feel comfortable with the advice Shawn gives me. Shawn negotiated with the insurance company to extend my rental when it appeared the car would not be ready. Thank you for doing a great job :)
Star was wonderful to work with; she handled everything like I would have expected. Be allowed a "loaner" was a BIG PLUS! The work was great; looked just like brand new. And taking care of the rest of car was an unexpected plus. Great work, Woburn Foreign Auto Body!
I am very satisfied with the outcome of the repair. The bumper looks like new, which is fantastic.
I was completely impressed with being able to track my vehicle's work on-line. That was a great surprise and nothing I had ever seen before. The staff was a pleasure and honestly, a breath of fresh air to deal with. They were super professional and upbeat. I would recommend this place.
I loved that the rental car was arranged thru your office. The emails kept me up to date, and whenever I called the office the staff was very helpful
