Utterly incapable of actually showing up when they say they will. Were contracted and given a deposit to do a full tear off scheduled to begin in October by my parents who are elderly. Never showed. Gave another date. Never showed. Was supposed to show up today and once again Never showed. Beware if you're older/elderly. Will take your money and run. Anthony is a scammer. He takes payment on jobs he never intends to complete. Took payment back in September 2024, didn't do anything but remove gutters in May 2025 and it is November 2025 and no new gutters or roof has been installed. Anthony has received $16,650 and ABSOLUTELY nothing has been done. Won't return texts. Blames it on his workers being picked up by ICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!!! My neighbor hired this company to do his roof. A complete tear off. They are still not done with the job! And now our Buffalo weather is upon us. They could have had the job done yesterday but apparently they don't work on Saturday. The rain and snow is here now and they just left everything scaffolding, trailer in driveway ( neighbor can't get his garbage cans out for garbage day with trailer in the way ) supplies just left out on front yard. We had WNY roofing replace our roof in 2023. Since then, some of our garage roof shingles are starting to pull away from the wood and another part of our roof was leaking last winter. Anthony has been blowing us off for the past 9 months. He says he will come back and fix everything, but he never does. We are in the process of taking legal action against this company. I really thought Anthony was a decent and honest person, but I guess we were just scammed.
Absolutely terrible backing up his work. I have been waiting a year for him to come fix the siding that the wind blew off months after job was completed. Had to call an electrician to fix when his guys cut power to my livingroom. He will tell you he's coming back but NEVER shows.
