I have been ordering from the WNB Factory going on two year’s religiously. I usually order on DoorDash from the Owings Mills store. There’s 4 complaints I have for this store. 1) they no longer deliver to my address on Door dash. 2) they no longer allow modifications and for people with allergies or who just don’t like certain toppings that’s not great 3) their phone number doesn’t work so you can’t even get a hold of anyone if you needed to. By far the worst burger I have ever put in my mouth. It was burned black on both sides and very tough. Threw both combos away after one bite. $20+ down the disposal. The two clerks at the counter were far more interested in their conversation and cell phone than the customers. The drink dispenser was out of most options. I will not be back.

I had a terrible experience at WNB Factory. The cashier was touching his face and body, then handling food without gloves or washing his hands. When I politely suggested better hygiene, he was extremely rude and dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I didn’t feel safe eating there and left without ordering. If this is how the front handles food, I can’t imagine what’s happening in the kitchen. Definitely won’t be returning!
