From the moment I walked in the door (now many years ago) West L.A. Dental has consistently represented the state of the art and professionalism in modern dentistry. Simply put: Everyone does everything right.
Dr. Karimi is kind, gentle, caring and extremely efficient in his dental applications. . He took the time to explain the procedure and made certain that I would be pain free. A positive experience in the dental chair!!! Kudos to his dental assistant, Cindy, who did an excellent job of assisting Dr. Karimi and keeping me comfortable
When you walk in the office everyone greets with a warm hello and it makes you feel very relaxed. I’ve been going to WLA Dental for many years and I have never had a bad experience! Check in was easy. Covid 19 protocols were excellent. Office staff was efficient. Ursula took excellent care of me.
As always, I had an excellent, thorough cleaning by Patty. It even cut into her lunch hour, be she never complained and never got impatient. As long as Patty takes care of me, my teeth will be ok, as will I.
My daughter lost her adult front tooth many years ago. As she grew the tooth didn't grow with her. We had her adult tooth extracted and was referred to Dr. Sameni. He has been truly amazing with all his communication and pictures. Yesterday my 13-year-old had to go in to have some tissue removed, she was extremely anxious and Dr. Sameni was so sweet and gentle that she felt nothing. He has created an amazing natural-looking flipper and a temporary replacement. I can't refer him enough.
I find it very difficult to drag myself to the Dentist, however, the experience was quite pleasurable once I arrived. I felt so relaxed once I was there and greeted with happy staff. It was almost a get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living.
The Team at WLA Dental Center is second to none. Dr. Sameni is a perfectionist and dedicated. More importantly, he actually cares for his clients.
What a pleasant experience. From the kind person who answered the phone to book my appointment to the delightful folks who tended to me once I stepped foot into the office. Thank you WLA Dental Center!
