WK Mechanical had installed a furnace for me 20+ years ago Ive never had a problem so of course when the time came I needed my a/c replaced they were the ones I would call . This year my central air died so I decided to have them replace it, knowing my furnace was old I decided to have them replace it also. I was told That they would be here the first thing on July 14 and for sure they were. They worked diligently for hours replacing my a/c and furnace. A technician whose name is ****** came to do the service today.He was very thorough in cleaning the unit outside. He showed me the pictures and the unit had a lot of grass. He told me to inform the people who come to mow my lawn to direct their mower exhaust facing away from the unit.I also asked him if he could show me how to change the filter in the attic, which he did willingly.At the end of the service, he gave me a thorough explanation of all the tasks he did.I was very pleased with his service and professionalism.
