Going on 15 years with WK service...that should speak volumes. ****** was the tech who provided our most recent furnace checkup. He called ahead and was on time, knowledgeable and professional. ****** was out to complete a generator repair. As always he was professional and explained what he was doing to me as I asked many questions. I trust his working knowledge of my Kohler generator and his ability to make the necessary repairs.

We have been using WK for our A/C tune-*** for over 15 years. When it finally came time to replace our unit, WK was our go to company. Our installer **** was prompt, clean, polite and extremely professional. He arrived before the anticipated "service time window". He told me his plan and what I should expect during the install. Warner was very professional as usual. He called to tell me when he would be at my house. He explained everything to me and even gave me a tip on changing me Air Filter more often to prevent damage to my A/C.
