Excellent service by the tech. Very detailed in reviewing everything and explaining the issues.
We were very happy with the service we received from WK on the installation of our new central air/heating system. They were professionals from start to finish. They were on time and diligent about keeping the workspace clean. They encountered a hiccup with a part they were installing malfunctioned and they had to obtain a new one. They kept us in the loop and solved the problem quickly. I would highly recommend them.

He was on time and a very good worker, but need to be mindful that some customers know things and I should have not been charged for a fan , could have used the old one there wasnt anything wrong with it. But other then that he was very professional
Had Warner come to service our central air conditioning system today..He was very polite and answered all my questions. We need some new filters and he explained what each filter does and showed the damage.He immediately called the office and told them the parts needed and ordered them with my permissionJust waiting for the price..I have been using WK mechanical for over 13 years and Im very satisfied with their honesty and service..I highly recommended them.
We recently replaced our well tank pump and were having an issue with a split second drop in water pressure. This was ongoing for some time. WK came out and checked the system and made some adjustments. This did not resolve the issue initially. The technician, ***, came out today and spent time and was very thorough in working on the issue and so far so good. WK is very good in their work and very responsive. I highly recommend WK.
