Even when faced with rude Mitsubishi customer service he never lost his cool and stayed completely professional. He demonstrated expertise that went above and beyond. I had a problem with my air conditioner during the current heat wave. I called WK and spoke to Katie in the service department. I told her what the problem was and she had a technician at my home within two hours.

Brian was very courteous and professional. He was very thorough servicing our furnace / air conditioner. Brian explained what he did. This was our annual service. WK Mechanical has great staff. We have forced air heat and when we purchased our condo that spring we needed the furnace/ air to be replaced. We used WK Mechanical for the replacement and they were fantastic.
