For close to two decades the service given has been top notch. When calling the office they are always polite, informative, and, caring. All of the servicemen have been same while taking the time explaining all conditions, till you fully understand, and giving options - fixing everything or if something can wait till a better time, that too……they always work with you. As Always WK provides excellent service and there staff as a whole is superb. Warner came to service our AC system today. He is the technician who has done the annual service since it was installed a few years ago. He is very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he did. He also noticed that the abandoned house next door has grass that is over 4 ft high and advised that this high grass is a source for rodents that could make their way into the AC condenser and our house (which they did a few weeks ago). Bob, our technician today provided professional service regarding the maintenance service on both our AC units. He was very understanding of my physical limitations and he moved around carefully so not to cause me any more discomfort. Bob explained the potential need for replacement of our main unit in the very near future. I was delighted with his demeanor and knowledge.
Prompt, courteous and professional service. Always a pleasurer working with WK Mech.
He did what he could. The temperature hasn’t come down from 78 in4 hours set at 73 though.It doesn’t seem to be doing what it should but he told me they may have to add dye if it has a minor leak. It was topped off in March and wasn’t used until now. It shouldn’t have been low on refrigerant.
