Fast service (same day,) fixed problem quickly and at a reasonable rate. I feel the service charge should be deducted from your bill if you have service done or at least a portion. Art was very polite, and was willing to answer my questions as we went along. Very satisfied with the service!
We began talking with WK after starting two other home improvement projects. Our AC unit was selected, ordered and installation was completed before the other two projects. The entire experience with WK was smooth as silk and the unit is so appreciated now that the summer weather is here. I suggest you give seminars to other local businesses to bring them up to your level of customer service. Thank you!

Warren from WK Mechanical, Inc. came today to service our AC. He is very conscientious and always does a very thorough job. He checked and cleaned the outside unit, changed the filter in the handler, and checked many other things which he explained to me at the end of his duty. Now with the COVID-19 he came with a mouth cover, gloves and booties. We are very happy with Warren and we look forward to servicing our AC next year !!! And thanks to everyone at WK Mechanical.

WK Mechanical and their employees are very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. They provide top notch service and I will continue to use them and recommend them.
Excellent service and personnel. I have had WK install all my gas and heating including boiler...water heater...generator...brand new electrical panel...lightening rods...etc. They have been at my side for the last 8 years and have done my yearly maintenance service on my boiler and generator. Always on time and no issues. Highly recommended.
