The deal went great. I flew down to Austin first thing in the morning , closed the deal and was back in Fort Worth before 1pm.

They responded to me very quickly, scheduled an appointment and the car was ready for test drive , found everyone to be very friendly and accommodating.

Fast response. Great hours, they are open on Sunday’s and even Holidays. High volume dealer that likes to deal direct and to the point. Large selection of makes and models. Worth checking out.
I went there to see the car. Car was not there. He promised to call me back on Monday, but never did.
Salesman was pleasant but didn’t know the car already had a deposit on it until I put down my deposit and was ready to begin the process on a purchase. He came back 10 minutes later and advised me that unbeknownst to him someone had previously (apparently the day before) called and put $500 down. Dealership isn’t too far away but neither is it next door. They really should know if a car has a deposit down (maybe put it on the keys???)
Very disappointed in this dealer. We spoke with Tristan and he told us the vehicle we were inquiring about was new to the lot and that it had been sent off site for a safety inspection. He said that if we wanted to come and see the car he would be happy to take us to where it was, about 4 miles from their lot. He also offered to take pictures of the vehicle on his way into work the following morning and send them to us. We accepted that offer and awaited the photos.
