They seem very nice, but too aggressive. They told me that b/c they were selling "so many cars all the time", I should put a deposit down on the car that I was thinking of test driving, which was ridiculous, since it's been on CarGurus for 3 mos. It ultimately turned me off and I never went.

Email back. Wanted to know if I wanted photos. Next email within minutes of first someone is looking vehicle send me $500.00 deposit to hold it. That email followed by several others making it sound like if I want a vehicle I never seen in person I needed to send a deposit to hold. I don't buy vehicles that way. Or put deposits on something my own eyes haven't seen. Last email was " Guess your not interested?"

Horrible experience. I put down a $500 deposit for a Mercedes, and five days later when I was coming in to close, they told me that the car was already sold. I was duped.
I bought this car and happy with it. Jared was very experienced and i got a feeling at a whole its a good place to buy a car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Wiz's to others.
The first two salesman did not reply to common questions so we could come test drive the vehicle, a 2011 Toyota Corolla with low miles. The third salesman finally did but then after the test drive he started losing interest in us because we didn't jump on it. We had been waiting 5 days for the finance dept o discuss terms with us. They never even tried to. We were simply at odds with everyone there. I don't know why since we were very polite and patient with them. They finished it off with rudeness and lies. I have mixed feelings. Travis had the car I wanted to look at all set and ready to go when arrived. He was friendly and helpful. I choose this car because it was a good deal and the payments I wanted, or at least I thought I would get. When I actually got down to the deal and spoke about the contract, the business manager,for some reason added a 5 year,60,000 mile extended warranty. I never asked for that.
