I didn't end up buying this vehicle, but I appreciate that the dealer called me back right away and followed up.
The dealer is a "wholesale" dealership, per the representative's email. There is a "dealer fee" that covers...??? The agent's exact words were, "...$595 dealer fee for paperwork safety checking vehicle online registration" I asked what "online registration" means but received some ambiguous response. If the price is not negotiable and the "dealer fee" covers...well, something, you are essentially stuck with the vehicle pricepoint. If you are good with that, excellent. Prompt and friendly reply. Was willing to put down a deposit. Salesman replied but did not follow through. Just as well, as I had become discouraged when reading customer reviews regarding their fees and decided to go elsewhere.
Cars listed are always sold when I call. I too think they keep desirable cars listed too get calls. Been to the lot a few times with out appointment. They were a bit rude. Not impressed and will not buy here.
