They have treated all of my pets
The best thing about the docs and staff at Wissahickon Creek Vet Hospital is the way they care about their patients. You get the feeling that they truly care for your pet almost as much as you do. They aren't too expensive and offer many services.
Every time I call, they are happy to see my dogs. Vets and vet nurses are professional. My dogs love the staff and happily go into the building without me during the pandemic.
Possibly there vet services are ok. I went to pick up a Foster cat that was done being checked. Got there at 7:30pm called the front desk that I'm outside for pick up. 7:45 rolls around, 7:50 I call again saying I have to go where is the cat. Got some stupid BS story so finally at 8:20 they brought the cat out. Needless to say I was beyond pissed the hell off, I had to be somewhere which of course they made me late for. Everytime I see a tech and asked, was told we are working as fast as we can. In the meantime I see a tech ... read more
I would like to start by saying that I used to love Wissahickon Creek Vet, for the last three years my dog has been a patient and I loved them, but the last month has changed my opinion drastically. However, I think that the vet techs and the receptionists need some serious training as they are the people that we deal with far more than the actual doctors. My skepticism for the staff began... read more
Always a great experience!
Dr. Dana and her amazing team saved my dog not once but twice by performing lifesaving obstruction surgery on her. My dog is the most important thing in the world to me so words are simply not enough to show my gratitude❤️
Dr. Yard, Dr. Spring and the entire staff and truly wonderful people. My 6 year old fur baby was not in good health and it could have had a very bad outcome. Dr. Yard takes whatever amount of time is needed to provide the best level of care possible. We agreed on a conservative approach until that proved otherwise; then she had to operate. I was new to this facility and referred by a friend who lives in the area. I traveled an hour each way with a car that does NOT like a car ride. After 7 days, 2 operations and dietary chan... read more
