A good hardware store to lawn care We needed a new mower. A friend of my husband told him about Wiseman Hardware. We were pleased with the service that was provided that not only did we buy a mower but we bought more tools and equipment we needed to get our yard in shape.
RecommendedMy first visit today to our local DeSoto hardware store, instead of the big box places. With prompt assistance, I found the plumbing part I needed in under 2 minutes! The pricing was right in line with what I expected, and I was back in my car in no time. I'll continue to shop here.
Friendly, helpful, close to the house and I just believe we should support small business, when we can. Unlike Home Depot, someone is always there to help!
Mal servisio no son comerciles
There service department is rude and act like they don’t care if you do business with them. I was wanting my Echo tiller check out because it’s still under warranty. The service person I spoke ask me why I bought it and told me to take it there and that Echo doesn’t have a five year warranty, that’s funny I called Echo and they said it was under warranty and they gave me Wiseman hardware’s information to call.
Love it. They are highly experienced and patient people!
Service dept needs to get their act together. Dropped off a mower 3 weeks ago and was told up to 3 weeks for repair. Went by today to check on it and was told 5 to 6 weeks. The guy I spoke with even went as far to say, " If people like me wouldn't check on the status of the repair it wouldn't make him stop working on mowers to check". Took my unrepaired mower and left. Very unprofessional.
This is what hardware stores once were; knowledgable people, packed with lots of great stuff, good prices, and small enough to actually find what you are looking for! These guys are amazing!
