I love Wisecare Pasadena location !! The staff was great ! Vanessa and Cynthia were so nice and friendly ! I would highly recommend going to Wisecare !
After spending an hour and a half here they told me to call the next day and they would send over a prescription - I called at 9, my pharmacy closed at 12:30. Still no prescription. After numerous calls and them Saying they were sending it over countless times, they call and tell me I actually have to come in. The worst.
Love this place. Friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else for urgent care.
The place was speedy, yet caring and attentive. Great customer service and Vanessa was fantastic!
