So grateful for Wise Care in Pasadena. The staff including the receptionist and medical assistant are kind and welcoming. I was quickly seen by Jen and she had the most amazing bedside manner. She was thorough, knowledgeable and so compassionate and caring. My experience was truly exceptional. Highly recommend.
The P.A. that saw my son today was so helpful! He called in another medication for my son after I got home and realized he could keeps his meds down on his own. We arrived, assessed and sent home all in about an hour and everyone was so through. Staff is sooooo friendly and compassionate. I will recommend Wise Care to all our family and friends with urgent care needs.
I took my daughter to wise care urgent care in Pasadena because she was really cranky, on & off fever & grabbing at her ears. They didn’t really check her out as much as I expected & all the doctor kept saying was “I think”. They did look in her ear but said everything was fine & gave me a steroid for her cough. This visit cost me $100!! 2 days later same symptoms but much worse. So I took my daughter to the emergency room where she was diagnosed with a double ear infection. Don’t go if you have any type of sinus or ear infection. The docs and PAs refuse to prescribe antibiotics.
I went today to make sure I didn’t fracture my hip or my spine when I took a bad fall over the weekend. They were really rude and were saying they didn’t want to do anything for me because of my insurance. I guess who ever the lady was saying these things didn’t realize the room I was in was open or not. Just because someone has a certain insurance does not mean they don’t deserve medical treatment. I’ll never go here again.
Waited well over an hour to be seen. Definitely not urgent care...
