Staff here was awesome and attentive. Very blessed to have been here.
Excellent professional care from the moment you walk through the doors to your release at your car. They make you feel like you are their most important patient. A follow-up call from a Nurse the next day seals the deal for excellent patient care.
My daughter had a procedure yesterday and I have to say I'm very impressed. Everything was clean and so nice. The staff were all very caring and attentive. Not what I expected from a small surgical hospital. They surpassed my expectations.
Everyone there is very kind, they take time to talk to you, you know like actually visit with you while they are getting you ready for surgery. Which is soo very helpful while waiting for surgery. I showed up an hour early, anticipating bad traffic, and within 15 min they had me back getting me prepped and ready to go. This facility is extremely efficient and well ran. I would highly recommend Parkway they did a great job!!!
