As a surgeon practicing over 21 years Parkway Hospital and it's staff is by far the best facility I have ever been privileged to operate. Even as a patient having recently had surgery at Parkway was even more impressed being on the other side of the table.
In last ten years I've had parents and hubby in different hospitals. Small ones like Bowie and Jacksboro and big ones like Harris and Jps. Only other hospital that came close to this one was Plano Baylor heart. From intake nurse Lisa to pct Naomi to Nurses Christi and Tawnys every need was met every question answered. Seemed food was there as soon as ordered Minor problems happened..hospital doctor and all staff on it .Other places wouldn't have even answered call button. I had surgery on my elbow on March 7th and have nothing but great things to say about all of the doctors, nurses and staff. I will be going back on April 11th to have a total knee replacement and will be staying for 5 days for that. So I fully expect to get the same great service that I received for my same day surgery.
This is the BEST surgical center/hospital I have ever been in. All the nurses are awesome. I received the absolute best care while I was there for my back surgery in January. Oh and the food was great.
Had my neck Surgery done there. Hospital was clean and quiet (actually got to sleep!); staff was very professional and nice; food was great.
I have to love this place, I'd be dead without it.... Seriously, a wonderful, caring and skillful staff..
