What a miserable stay at this place. As a RN who has worked at several Surgery PSUs I can honestly say they were the most inconsiderate and non compassionate nurses I’ve ever known. The Preop nurses were nice and and efficient. Of course I don’t remember the IR staff but starting with Post Op I was constantly miserable EXCEPT for the one PSU nurse I had on Thursday and Friday days. I had surgery here today. So very impressed with their quality of service! From the parking lot, thru all phases of admission, pre-op, op, recovery, discharge and back to the parking lot, this medical facility is “Top Notch”! I would recommend this organization, from the maintenance team to the CEO, to anyone who is looking for a medical facility that is truly “cutting edge now and prepared for the future!
I had one on one nursing care. Never waited for a drink of water or assistance of any kind. All the staff was above and beyond friendly and compassionate.
Dr Saeid Aryan recently performed my fusion back surgery at Parkway Surgical. I cannot say enough about Dr Aryan and his PA Steven. I certainly made the right choice with Dr Aryan. Parkway Surgical gave me superior care in my four day stay. Thank you so much to nurses Jennifer, Tori, and Janitzia. 5 stars to you all!
This place is amazing. The nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologist are so polite and go to extreme lengths to make sure you are comfortable. They go above and beyond to answer any questions. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
Had spinal fusion surgery this past Monday and had the pleasure of staying at Parkway post-op. I want to thank everyone there for their help and support but especially Thomas, Chad, Chelsea, Marisa and the lovely Aster. You were the sugar that made the medicine go down.
