What a hoax. Enquire about a product to purchase and it’s not in stock and won’t be for months. Say they are 25% off store wide on their current sale but the figures don’t match. Get it together.

I got some vitron products from Craig who was extremely helpful and went over and beyond what any one would do for a customer. Then was put into contact with Alex the tec guru and was further blown away by the levels of customer service. Iam an employer also and can only hope the owner appreciates the rare quality of these employees. A breath of fresh air in today's enviroment.

I have to say Craig is a dead set legend the guys at WISE Energy definitely know there stuff! There are so many companies out there that just don't want to help when you are stuck, but Craig has gone above and beyond everytime to help when I have been in that situation. As I said, dead set legend! Craig has help me build my beautiful off grid bus and the electrical system is 100% the best !

I needed help with Victron devices for my caravan. One was a breakdown while in Canberra and the second was during an upgrade to wiring etc. Craig gave great service and advice, prices for the components were below others and delivery was better than expected. Can’t fault the service given and will be buying my next bits from them. I’m based near Forster NSW and still find the service better than local.
