Had a little trouble finding the 101 Carroll St. location so I was 10 minutes late. Despite there being no other customers there and no one was doing anything, they, very rudely, told me I would have to reschedule. I would give 0 stars if possible.
The technician at the Waukesha Bluemound rd location was helpful and friendly and got my device installed very quickly
