Strongly, strongly recommend going some place else than the beaver dam place. The technician was extremely rude and the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I will be traveling to a different facility to get the calibration and any other maintenance that needs to be done, done. Even with gas prices the way they are I would still travel than ever to step foot back in that place again. Going to give a different facility a try for calibration and if they are the same I will pay to have a different installer install one.
I'm sadly finding that the Beaver dam location has terrible service. The technician is rude and my vehicle is currently locked out due to technical issues and parked illegally. I've been trying to reach a technician since yesterday. Left multiple messages with no response. I had a calibration two weeks ago and I've had more issues since that time. Was charged $150 for the calibration that messed up my trucks computer when I could have paid as little as $25 just a few blocks up the street. Very unhappy.
