Huge price gouging!!!!! Charging $3400 to replace someone’s meter box mast and weatherhead?!?!? That’s $500 in parts top and may take 2-3 hours. So you’re charging $700 an hour?!??! Crooks!! At a time like this you should be ashamed of yourself.
I was under the impression my job would be finished today, got a text saying it cannot be completed until next week due to the storms. The Tec got half of the job completed last week, I also helped him dig the trenchwork just for it to sit two weeks to be completed due to everyone else is a priority except my job I hired them to do. Not happy!
Set appointment last week for today. Big storm hit, I understand those without power or commercial take priority. What I don't understand is WHY they stupidly assumed I would get a text message canceling today's appointment on my landline. So, I sat here like a chump waiting for them. Wasted my time. I am a new home buyer of an older home. I had just finished working the late shift and was sleeping while Ron came in to fix a GFCI breaker. He has my boyfriend wake me up to tell me that the whole house absolutely needs to be rewired and it is going to be a $25,000 fix. I said I would need to get a second quote on something of that magnitude. He was okay with that and told me I needed to sign off on the work he had done that day which was north of $300.
