Price GOUGING, charging for work not done, stating they can do on emergency case coming to property and not finishing and did not plan to come back for over a week! HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use them for anything.
They call multiple times a day even after telling them I’m not interested in their services.
Price gouging people and taking advantage when everyone in Iowa was in need... pathetic.
Price gougers. Manipulative. Shady. Taken advantage of Derecho victims. The bid was triple the rate of the average prices. To add insult to injury, the electrician kept bumming cigerrettes off of me, then claimed he couldn't dispose of the broken box and conduit.
I am notifying the Iowa Attorney General regarding your price gouging. You charged a stage 4 cancer victim $3500 for a repair that should have costs from $500-$800. How dare you take advantage of over charging people that are in such distress.
A rep came to our house on 8/21/20, quoted my husband $3500+ without even opening up the electrical box, which was still attached to our home from the storm. After seeing you were being investigated, we quickly started calling around and explaining to other electricians what was going on. We had an electrician out to our home 8/22/20, who looked at our electrical box and mast and did the work on a Saturday for $200.00 for service call, parts and labor. I’m betting all those “positive” reviews are bogus. There’s a place in hell for people that price gouge their own neighbors. Glad to see you are now being investigated by the Iowa Attorney General!!!
