Dozens of people are getting charged $300 from this guy just to give them a quote, and then being quoted $3,000+ for a job that other electricians are doing for $500. This guy came into town after a natural disaster to scam a bunch of people out of money. He will probably change his business name and abandon this page when he's done.
Taking advantage of people all over Cedar Rapids by charging 3-5x more than others. What a gross way to treat the people of your state.
