Shawn was super! He came out to our house on an emergency call for a partially downed wire and possibly no electricity to our well pump. No water in the house. My husband left town early this morning. He showed up and asked what was going on, never showed any disappointment that he was talking to someone that knew very little about what was going on. Jadyn did an outstanding job!!! He was on time, I was given a curtesy call with an estimating time of arrival! Very professionally and punctual! He walked me through what he was looking for and what he was doing and how he was going to fix it. Very polite.
