Keith researched the issue with our ceiling fan. He have us options and elected to replace the fan. Will have Wireone come out and do the installation once the order is here. Keith also gave us a couple of other tips; one which we will have done when they come out again.

They are friendly. The electricians cleaned up everything when they were done. They even fixed the wire to my China cabinet lights and removed and installed new basement smoke detector. They answer your questions directly. Easy to schedule, friendly office staff. 5 star service.

If only every repair appointment was this easy! From the initial website entry, to the scheduling call with Jody, to the quote on-site by Preston, his perfect job and free house safety inspection--I highly recommend WireOne! My three dogs were happy, too, since Preston gave them attention when he arrived and before he left. 😉
