They we're profesional and quick to arrive. 5 star on the staff They did the estimate. Showed me the prices. Wow! They were very high on prices. Fixing the meter box outside was 2500 and fixing inside and out was 5600…there was a 180 charge for same day service/estimate. I called another electrician and he charged 1000 for outside and 1600 for both. No fee for same day service. Marshalltown was hit by a tornado. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything for the job that needed to be done, and then explained the quote. He also found some other electrical issues that needed to be taken care of and provided me with a quote for that work as well (which I will be having WireOne take care of for me in the very near future). .
