Good communication with office for arrival time - when Stan arrived - we explained the work to be done and after he reviewed - we received pricing and options - Stan performed the job correctly and as explained - whole house inspection was a plus and great to know that the house is in great shape. Stan was great and impressed with level of professionalism.
