Knowledgeable, super helpful staff – My phone broke 2 months before my contract expired. The fellow here was so knowledgeable to help me choose the right used phone, and even offered that I could return it and apply the money to my new phone if I come back to Wireless Toyz for a new phone when my contract expires. When the new phone shut itself down while we were fiddling with it, he offered us a free upgrade to a different phone. And he took the time to try to recover my numbers from my old phone. Should have been weary of a business that spells Toyz with a "z" – These people sold me the horrendous "Cricket Wireless" service and neglected to provide information on the trial/return policy, as well as the mail-in rebate, so I find myself inconvenienced and having to take extra time out of my day to return to the store to recieve paperwork for a rebate for a service that works slower than the dial-up we were working with back in the 90s.
