First time to use clinic was my new puppy Jazy 2years ago I have been very happy with the care for her and they were awesome at being patient to me with any questions or advice I needed
They have taken care of any issues my fur babies with Sadie and Sandy, Dr.Groover is great
I usually have a great experience at the clinic but not today . I sat in the room for 45 minutes waiting on test results that was to take only 10 minutes. They say they forgot I was still there😡 So I wasn't happy when I had to open the door and look out to see what was happening. I probably will still use there clinic for my dog care, but last visit was a good one
We've been using WAC since we moved to Winterville five years ago and have never had a bad experience! We've had two cats spayed there, several vaccinations done, one sweet cat was respectfully and sympathetically euthanized while we held her and told her how much we loved her, and recently Emily diagnosed my 10 year old cat with diabetes.
