My dog was misdiagnosed and it was a very bad misdiagnosis.
We have been clients for a very long time, and have always been very happy with all the care our pets have received. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our dog of 15 years, and we saw another layer of the staff's expertise and compassion. From check in, to the technician, to the vet, we felt very cared for too as they handled our sweet Casey. Thank you to each one of you- you made a very difficult day bearable.
All of our strays, adopted furry family members come to Winterville! Wonderful people!!! And the prices are amazing for us with a household full of 4 legged family members!

Dr. Groover, Ayers and staff have been exceptional in their compassion and care for our older lab. We recently had to put our 14 year old Australian Shepherd to sleep. He got sick and within 3 days he was gone and we were/are devastated. Everyone at the Winterville Clinic went above and beyond in getting my husband and me through this horrible time. We've only lived in Athens a year and sadly this was the second pet we had to put down since we've been here. The kindness of all staff is unmeasurable and we are so thankful for them.
All of the vets at Winterville are compassionate and excellent!
