August 25 I just Left out of the nail salon and before I left, I asked them to use their bathroom and I use the bathroom and then I realize there was a bunch of ants in the bathroom. I go and tell one of the lady that there’s ants in the bathroom and she refuse to do anything about it. I am very highly disappointed that they literally have an establishment and they don’t clean their bathrooms. Very clean and very kind staff. Attentive and they did a great job on my feet. I treated myself for my Birthday and could not have picked a better place. Very Welcoming. I was visiting from Houston and thought OK let me try a Duncanville Nail Salon. I was told to come here by our local friend we are visiting for weekend. So very glad I did. My feet feel "Wonderful" and the mango margarita was not bad at all:) I brought my own Nail Polish.
I am new to the area. Had a great first time experience, everyone was super friendly and yet very efficient. Loved the environment and I will definitely make this my go to nail place from now on.
Me and my step daughter went to get our nails done this past Sunday August 10th and my stepdaughter did not like her nails because they did not match the inspiration picture, so she told the lady to fix them and the nail tech told my stepdaughter she was terrible and was tugging her hand super hard, she even made her cry. The staff was mad about doing their job. I will NEVER go back to this place again..
