Very good experience! My daughter was looking for two specific used car models, and we had spent the entire day driving from one dealership to another. Winter Park Auto Mall was our last stop, and we weren't hopeful, because the price was lower than any we had seen advertised, and the vehicle had 20,000 fewer miles. Totally dishonest place. I put down a deposit based on the pics of the car on CarGurus in April 2022 and when I got there from another city 3 hour bus ride. Car wouldn’t start and dents in the vehicle. I didn’t purchase the car.
I would recommend this Dealer to all my Friends and Family. Dealt with Henry and he was courteous, very professional and most of all knowledgeable. He did not pressure me and answered all of my questions. Got a better price than in other dealers I had checked out in the Orlando and Altamonte Areas. Henry is an asset to Winter Park Auto Mall and gives a good name to the usual "Used Car Salesmen".
I PURCHASED A BMW WITH A VERY WELL SPOKEN AND PRODUCT KNOLEDGE A+ SALES PERSON, MARCOS. WHICH I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A LONG TIME.
These guys are very dishonest, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, which they lied to us and the bank about the down payment. The car had also been in a serious collision before which they failed to let us know. they called us back saying we needed more down even when they told us we were approved and let us take the car home. Be Warned dont buy a car from these crooks. – Don’t buy a car from this dealership. If you can even call it one. They sold me a truck last year after telling me it had a clear car fax and I even asked the salesmen has this been in a accident why are you selling it for 5K less than anywhere else. I went in to look at a car in their old kissimmee office. Filled out the credit application while they figured out "what they can do for me". The salesperson asked me to leave my personal car in the kissimmee office and test drive their 4 door 2007 vehicle to the Colonial office. Did not have a way back to the kissimmme so I was either buying the car or walking back to kissimmee. They didnot inspect the car took their word, to find out 2 months later. Great service and prices – i purchased a bmw 3 series from Winter Park Auto Mall and was very satisfied with the whole sales process there. The car had a couple minor scratches which the dealer agreed to fix and they did! The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the answered all my questions on the spot and were upfront about it.
