THIS PLACE START IFF AS BEING SO INVITING, THAN THEY SHOW THERE TRUE COLORS. MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A CAR AND IT WAS RUNNING HOT, WAS TOLD TO BRING IT BACK AND THE MECHANIC PUT SOME FLUID IN IT AND SENT HER ON HER WAY.. THE ENGINE SHUT DOWN AND THE WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER STATING IT WAS FROM THE FLUID THAT WAS PUT IN LEAKED INTO THE ENGINE. THE DEALERSHIP REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND ACCUSED ME AND MY DAUGHTER OF DOING SOMETHING WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE. Very good experience! My daughter was looking for two specific used car models, and we had spent the entire day driving from one dealership to another. Winter Park Auto Mall was our last stop, and we weren't hopeful, because the price was lower than any we had seen advertised, and the vehicle had 20,000 fewer miles. Totally dishonest place. I put down a deposit based on the pics of the car on CarGurus in April 2022 and when I got there from another city 3 hour bus ride. Car wouldn’t start and dents in the vehicle. I didn’t purchase the car.
