Loving my new yoga family. Joined about two months ago. Very positive atmosphere. Great nutritional program also.

Since I moved to Florida, the best decission that I made was to become a member of WGY. It has improved 100 percent my posture and it has teach me how not to injured my low back. But the best thing is that every week there is some new poses and new challenges, and the teachers are the best of the best.

I joined Winter Garden Yoga a little over a month ago. I love the place and the instructors are awesome. I feel like I'm part of a community. Everyone is just so nice and friendly. I have lost 14 pounds and 12 inches doing yoga and following WGY's nutrition plan. I feel good inside and out!!! Love this place!!!

I have had physical issues for over 10 years that have affected my mobility, strength and comfort. WGY is wonderful! I am getting more mobile and stronger. The instructors are awesome and teach us how to modify for our abilities and comfort. The members are awesome as well! No problem giving 5 stars!!
