WYG is part of my life. The instructors are so interested in each of the students and helping with each one’s practice. The practice Brian has perfected has been an incredible support to my personal physical health that I am totally committed to the practice.

They care about you and your progress as well as offer support in so many ways from diet, exercise tips and personal classes to make sure you achieve your goals. So happy to have such a great yoga studio so close to home.
