This is the Yoga studio I've been looking for. It's a very pragmatic look at Yoga and the health benefits it can afford by engaging in a methodical, consistent practice. Being a part of this family is a great experience so far, and I'm looking forward to many more classes with these wonderful folks.
Can't say enough of how this is the best yoga studio I have ever been too. The teachers are fantastic and the whole Winter Garden Yoga community will help keep you motivated to help you reach your goals.

Winter Garden Yoga welcomes you as a family member. The instructors are supportive and encouraging, knowledgeable and helpful and even a little witty now and then! After just the first month I was changed for the better both inside and out. Winter Garden Yoga is calmness with just the right amount of challenge. Don't wait, try it soon!
Attended my first Yoga Class on Thursday and Loved It! I saw a lot of "before and after" pictures on the wall and I'm impressed, can't wait to see my change after 6 months.
