This place is horrible and so unprofessional!!! My attorney will be in contact the Kirby lady is awful and so rude. The mental strain they have caused me is unmatched and unacceptable. One must wonder how they are still open to have clientele.
Kirby is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met in a professional setting. Considering the fact that she represents this office; I’m surprised they retain any clients at all. I can only hope that she receives the little grace that she did NOT extend to me. Times are hard and people are having a rough time. But thanks to Kirby, your day will be worse. Maybe they should read all the reviews regarding her poor customer service skills and consider using AI instead. She is a horrible “secretary”.
I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL AND ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY SISTER MS KIBIRY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL FROM THE TIME I CALL TO ME CALLING CONFUSED ASKING A MILLION QUESTIONS SHE HELPED AND TALKED ME THROUGH IT THE LADY BLESSED ME WITH SOME VERY KIND WORDS DURING A VERY DOWN MOMENT IN MY LIFE SO IF I HAD TO THANK HER A MILLION TIMES I WOULD AND TO WWJC MY EXPERIENCE WITH YALL HAVE BEEN AMAZING BECAUSE OF HER MS KIRBY🫶
Winston was really nice! I hate that others have had a horrible experience, but mine was the complete opposite! They staff was always attentive and helpful!
