Gigi Winston of Winston Real Estate is rightfully the Go To person to sell or buy a unit in the Watergate Complex. I had 2 units on the top floor of Watergate South. My wife of many years passed in June, with me saying I hoped to sell it for a closing no earlier than 12/1/25. GiGi quickly matched me with a couple she knew were eager for a rooftop terrace view. Service throughout and through Closing was superb. Gigi is The BEST of the BEST!!
