I like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Beverages were not kept up on and waiter was more interested in the customers that were purchasing alcohol. When our food arrived my steak and husband’s burger was way over cooked and crispy. My daughter ordered a half rack of ribs that turned out to be more fat than meat. Their menu stated their ribs had more meat. The waiter entered the wrong entry for my friends meal. She wanted the BBQ chicken breast with coke slaw, and broccoli. I used to highly recommend Winking Lizards. And have visited several of the locations throughout Northeast Ohio. I frequently have been at the Galleria location 1-2 times a week for the past several years. And every Sunday for the past few years. After the way I was treated by their "Unmarked Security " and the Manager on duty, I will NEVER return to that Winking Lizard, or Recommend that Winking Lizard. Or any other one for that matter. District manager Christina has a piss poor attitude towards customers. Instead of addressing a problem she hides in the kitchen. Not to mention the grilled wings are NOT really grilled at this location. They are fried and then laid on the grill to obtain the marks. I was truly disappointed with my experience tonight. Doubtful that I will ever return to this location.

Winking Lizard is EASILY the best "restaurant-with-lizards" in Northeast Ohio, definitely. I think they should expand on the concept, open up to other animals: Laughing Spider? Have a bunch of spiders near the tables, just sort of hanging out. Fun! Dancing Hyena? Stick a bunch of hyenas in an enclosure behind the bar, right under the TVs. Make 'em dance! Whistling Catfish?
